Leads
Leads (/dashboard/organization/leads) is for prospective clients before they are on your book. Typical uses:
- Recording inquiries from phone, web, or walk-ins.
- Tracking status as your team qualifies and converts leads.
Exact statuses and fields match how your admin configured the salon.
Module access
If you do not see Leads, your account may not have that module enabled—ask an organization owner or admin. See Roles & permissions.
