Invoices and stock help your salon track payments and products alongside appointments.
Invoices
Invoices live with billing in the app. Use them to itemise services, record payment, and show what a client still owes. DuitNow instructions, when configured, are shown at checkout. They are not a second invoice.
Inventory
Inventory (/dashboard/organization/inventory) tracks items and stock, often by location if your salon operates multiple sites. Use it to align what you sell with what is on hand.
Plans and features
Some capabilities depend on your subscription and module permissions. If a menu item is missing, ask an owner or admin to review Organization settings and member access.
Subscription (org billing)
Your salon’s subscription and payment method for LimeJade itself are under Settings → Billing (/dashboard/organization/settings?tab=subscription)—separate from client invoices inside the app.
